LOCAL AI. HUMAN KNOWLEDGE.

Local intelligence.Built around you.

We build AI around the knowledge your company owns, shaped by your people and the work they do.

The problem: Your data.Someone else’s infrastructure.

A small number of major technology companies control much of the infrastructure behind large data centres. Limited visibility into how data is handled leaves many corporations hesitant to adopt artificial intelligence.

Many companies selling AI services rely on the cloud, which acts as a proxy to these data centres. Sensitive company information passes into infrastructure outside the organization’s direct control, raising concerns about data leaks, cyberattacks, and whether proprietary information could be reused to train a provider’s models.

That dependence also comes with an ongoing cost. Many frontier AI services charge by token usage: the more information a company processes and generates, the larger its bill becomes.

“A revolution can be neither made nor stopped.”
Napoleon Bonaparte · recorded conversation, 1816
The Mind of Napoleon, section 86, pp. 64–65

Only we, the people, can steer this revolution in the right direction.

At FieldSync, we imagine data and compute distributed across thousands of independently owned systems. Models with broad understanding, specialized for the work each company needs to do. AI that strengthens human expertise and gives more people a hand in shaping what comes next.

THE IDEA

The grid is here. Now comes the wiring.

Early power grids were already supplying cities while many rural homes remained unconnected. Bringing electricity into more lives took people extending the lines, wiring homes and businesses, and putting that power to work.

AI is at a similar moment. Powerful models already exist. The next step is connecting that capability to the work people do. Our focus is local models for Canadian corporations.

CURRENT PROJECT / MINING SAFETY

Experience, in sync.

Our mining-safety project explores how lessons from past incidents can help workers recognize hazards in their next job hazard assessment.
